Safety Certifications

• European CE Certification:
  Europe: CE EN1384:2023 (replacing the previous VG1 01.040 2014-12 and EN1384:2017)
  

• American and Canadian SEI Certification:
  This certification is required in the American and Canadian markets and is recognized worldwide. Continuous checks ensure compliance with ASTM F1163-23 type approval, guaranteeing maximum manufacturing quality and product traceability.

Tested for Maximum Safety

• Shock Absorption Test:
  Ensures the helmet's ability to absorb impacts from falls or kicks from a horse.
  

• Penetration Test:
  Ensures the helmet can protect the head from sharp objects during impact.
  

• Strap Resistance Test:
  Tests that the chin strap remains intact during a fall and does not detach from the helmet.

• Shift Test:
  Ensures the helmet stays in place and does not shift or fly off during a fall.

• Crush Test:
  Tests the helmet’s ability to resist lateral compression (crushing).

Additional Safety Features

KEP helmets offer a unique design with a longer back for enhanced protection of the nape and neck in case of a fall. The flexible sun visor on the front adds an extra layer of safety.

• Size L KEP HELMET: Suitable for inner linings size 59 to 62
